Assistant Facility Manager (QA / QC)

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the quality of maintenance and facility works.
- Conduct routine inspections and identify defects, non-conformities safety concerns.
- Ensure contractors comply with approved specifications, sops and SLAs.
- Verify completed jobs before closure and acceptance.
- Verify and monitor preventive maintenance activities work-order
Qualifications & Experience
- B.Sc. / HND in Engineering, Building Technology, Facilities Management Or related fields.
- 5 years' relevant experience in facilities, QA/OC, engineering or building management.
- Good knowledge of quality standards, HSE, maintenance and contractor management.
- Strong inspection, reporting and problem-solving skills.
