Head, Marketing

Summary
- We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead market expansion across all regions as well as improving & strengthening our brand SME & other loan products
Key Responsibilities
- Provide oversight of all branch marketing activities and ensure brand consistency across all locations
- Drive all branches to meet and exceed organizational goals on deposits, loans, and customer acquisition
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for SME and other MFB/MFI offerings
- Lead market research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning to grow market share.
Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: HND / BSc (MCP/MBA is an added advantage).
- Minimum of 10 years marketing experience in MFB/MFI with vast knowledge in SME business and other microfinance products.
- Must be willing to travel when necessary to support branches, activations, and stakeholder engagement.
