Role Summary
- The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Chemistry, be able to explain concepts clearly and practically, and effectively engage students at their age and learning level.
- The candidate should also be patient, classroom- focused, and committed to creating an interactive learning environment that encourages students’ interest and academic growth.
Responsibilities
- Teach Chemistry to students and make complex concepts easy to understand.
- Prepare lesson plans and deliver engaging classroom lessons.
- Assess students’ understanding and monitor their academic progress.
- Encourage students to develop a strong interest in Chemistry.
- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and engaging classroom environment..
Requirements
- HND or BSc in Education (Chemistry), Chemistry, or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Chemistry and ability to simplify complex topics.
- Excellent communication skills and good spoken English.
- Strong morals, professionalism, and commitment to students’ academic growth.
Salary
N80,000 / month.
