Senior Power Platform Developer (AI & Automation)

Job Summary
- The Senior Power Platform Developer leads the design, development, and deployment of business applications using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate) and Microsoft AI tooling.
- This role builds efficient, user-friendly, and scalable low-code/no-code solutions that automate processes, embed artificial intelligence, and improve business productivity across FirstBank
Primary Responsibilities of Role
The Senior Power Platform Developer is responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of custom business applications using the Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, and Microsoft AI tooling. The primary responsibilities of this role are:
App Development & Customization (UI and UX Design):
- Build canvas and model-driven apps using Microsoft Power Apps.
- Customize and enhance existing Power Apps applications.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions with clear and effective app interfaces.
- Experience using Figma to create, share and test design apps and digital products
Workflow Automation:
- Use Power Automate to create business process workflows
- Automate repetitive tasks and integrate with services like SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, and Dynamics 365 or any other CRM solution.
AI-Enabled Solutions & Intelligent Automation:
- Design, build, and deploy intelligent agents and chatbots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Create, train, and integrate AI Builder models (document processing, prediction, sentiment analysis, and text classification) into apps and flows.
- Use Copilot in Power Apps and Power Automate to accelerate app and flow development.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 8 - 12 years experience.
Salary
N3,000,000 - N4,000,000 monthly.
