Gender and Peace Building Officer

Description of Work: • Work closely with Program Manager, Gender and Peacebuilding to support project design and proposal development

• Support development of project specific work plans and results framework
• Conduct desk review of gender and security issues in the state including development of context

briefing notes • Search and flag-up calls for proposals on gender, security and Peacebuilding

• Support M&E staff on the development of project indicators and data collection tools
• Provide technical support on mainstreaming gender and social inclusion into program activities
