Marketing Executive

Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive, target-driven, and customer-focused Marketing Executive to drive customer acquisition, promote the company's products and services, generate leads, and support business growth within the assigned location.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote the company's products and services to prospective and existing customers.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities within the assigned location.
• Conduct field marketing and customer acquisition activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects.
• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Achieve assigned monthly marketing and customer acquisition targets.
• Conduct market research and provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.
• Monitor competitor activities and identify business opportunities.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and terms to prospective customers.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and conversions.
• Participate in marketing campaigns, activations, and promotional activities.
• Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and results.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Previous experience in marketing, sales, business development, or customer acquisition is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Target-driven and results-oriented.
• Good customer service and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to engage in field marketing activities.
• Good knowledge of the assigned location and surrounding areas.

Benefits

• Salary: N215,000 per month.
• Pension & HMO.
