Job Summary
The Bakers are responsible for producing high-quality bakery products in accordance with approved recipes, production schedules, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake bread, pastries, cakes, and other bakery products.
- Follow approved recipes and production specifications.
- Maintain consistency in product quality and appearance.
- Ensure proper use of ingredients and minimize wastage.
- Maintain cleanliness of baking equipment and work areas.
- Monitor baking times and temperatures.
- Report equipment faults and production challenges.
- Assist in inventory monitoring and ingredient usage tracking.
- Comply with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Meet daily production targets.
Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant baking training or certification is an advantage.
- Minimum of 1–3 years' experience in commercial baking operations.
- Experience in high-volume bakery production is preferred.
