Bakers

Full-time

Location: Ozubulu, Jos, Awka, Suleja, Lagos

Job Summary

The Bakers are responsible for producing high-quality bakery products in accordance with approved recipes, production schedules, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and bake bread, pastries, cakes, and other bakery products. 
  • Follow approved recipes and production specifications. 
  • Maintain consistency in product quality and appearance. 
  • Ensure proper use of ingredients and minimize wastage. 
  • Maintain cleanliness of baking equipment and work areas. 
  • Monitor baking times and temperatures. 
  • Report equipment faults and production challenges. 
  • Assist in inventory monitoring and ingredient usage tracking. 
  • Comply with food safety and hygiene standards. 
  • Meet daily production targets. 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Relevant baking training or certification is an advantage. 
  • Minimum of 1–3 years' experience in commercial baking operations. 
  • Experience in high-volume bakery production is preferred.
