Sales Officer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate and convert leads into paying customers.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Attend to showroom, WhatsApp, social media and telephone enquiries.
• Follow up leads, quotations and prospective customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture and interior solutions.
• Upsell and cross-sell complementary products.
• Develop new B2B opportunities with interior designers, architects, developers, hotels, offices and corporate organizations.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Process customer orders accurately and coordinate with production and logistics.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals

Requirement

• 2–5 years' sales experience preferred.
• Experience in furniture, interior design, real estate, construction, luxury retail or related industries is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Confident, persuasive and target-driven.
• Proactive, organised and persistent.
• Comfortable with sales targets, follow-ups and closing deals.
• Must be able to demonstrate a strong sales record.

This is a target-driven position. We are looking for someone who understands that sales is not just about answering enquiries—it is about converting opportunities into revenue.

Location: Wawa, along Lagos Ibadan Expressway, Ogun state

Salary: N150,000 + Commission
