Job Location : Lagos Deadline : June 30, 2026 Quick Recommended LinksWe are seeking to hire an experienced Accounts Officer to support our Finance and Payroll Management functions. The individual will support payroll processing, invoicing, and financial reconciliations. This is an execution-focused role requiring proficiency in using Ms-Excel, understanding of end-to-end payroll management as well as accounts reconciliation.
This is not a senior role , but accuracy and discipline are critical.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and process monthly payroll of employees - large volume of employees
- Support payroll reconciliations and adjustments
- Raise client invoices and track payments
- Reconcile payroll, invoices, and receipts
- Prepare statutory deduction schedules and make payment remittances as as when due.
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Support finance reporting and documentation etc.
Requirements
- HND/Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, or any other related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience, preferably within security services, outsourcing, or manpower management firms.
- Professional certification - ICAN, ACCA, etc.
- Proficiency in Ms-Excel - VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot tables, Reconciliations etc.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, operationally driven environment
