Job Summary
- Our client is seeking dynamic, result-oriented, and customer-focused Marketing Executives to drive business growth by promoting the Company's pension products and services.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and increasing market penetration while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth by identifying, prospecting, and converting new clients.
- Promote the Company's pension products and services to individuals, organizations, and corporate clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, and financial awareness sessions.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Develop and execute strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Prepare and submit periodic sales, marketing, and activity reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Represent the organization professionally at networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer onboarding and service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc.) in any discipline from a recognized institution.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, business development, or customer relationship management is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.
- Customer-focused with a high level of professionalism.
- Ability to build and sustain productive business relationships.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Good presentation and problem-solving skills.
- Target-driven with a passion for achieving results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,).
- High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
