HR Operations Officer

Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and organised HR Operations Officer to manage day-to-day HR activities and employee relations across the Eastern region.
• The role will support recruitment, onboarding, employee management, documentation and overall workforce coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR activities for resources across the assigned locations.
• Support recruitment, screening, onboarding and documentation of new resources.
• Monitor employee attendance, performance, conduct, welfare and probation.
• Handle employee queries and follow up on HR-related issues and concerns.
• Maintain accurate employee records and provide timely HR updates and reports.
• Support payroll collation by ensuring accurate employee and attendance information.
• Coordinate employee movements, replacements, transfers and exits.
• Liaise with employees, supervisors and client representatives on HR matters.
• Ensure compliance with company and client HR policies and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree / HND in HR, Industrial Relations, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years' HR experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple locations and follow up effectively.

Salary
N190,000 - N220,000 / month.
