- We operate an advanced ENA manufacturing facility, and we need a decisive, hands-on leader to drive operational excellence, safety, and profitability.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the end-to-end operation of our ENA facility (Milling, Fermentation, Distillation, and CO2 recovery).
- Drive OEE and ensure near 100% plant availability.
- Optimize utility consumption and energy efficiency (Biogas & Waste Heat Recovery).
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional technical team.
What you bring:
- 7–15 years of experience in ENA, ethanol, or distillery operations.
- A strong engineering background (Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial).
- Proven expertise in budgeting, cost control, and regulatory compliance.
- "Grit"—the resilience to tackle complex operational challenges in a fast-paced environment.
