Maintenance Officer

Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Officer to ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, and repair of the company's facilities and equipment. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe, functional, and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out routine maintenance of company facilities and equipment.
- Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, and mechanical faults.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests.
- Keep maintenance records and prepare reports.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Liaise with external technicians and vendors when necessary.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND, HND, or an equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant maintenance experience is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and work effectively within a team.
Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
