Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive Location: Lagos, Nigeria Department: Tyre and Vehicle Accessories Industry: Automotive / Sales Employment Type: Full-time Experience Level: Mid-level (Minimum 2 years) Salary Range: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000 About the Role We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Lagos. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and collections in a defined territory, developing new markets, and building strong relationships with dealers, corporates, and institutional clients. You will play a key role in achieving sales targets and contributing to the growth of our tyre and vehicle accessories business. Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and ensure timely collections in the assigned geographic area
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Identify and develop new markets and customer segments
• Manage relationships with dealers, corporates, and institutional clients
• Understand customer requirements and offer tailored solutions
• Monitor competitor activity including pricing, products, and promotional schemes
• Submit regular sales reports to your immediate superior
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to sales forecasting and planning

Key Skills & Competencies

• Proven sales experience (automotive or tyre industry preferred)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent negotiation and objection-handling ability
• Familiarity with the Nigerian market (preferable)
• Self-motivated with strong time management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic MIS reporting

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience
• Age range: 25 – 35 years
