Job Summary
- They are seeking an experienced and proactive Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure excellent customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Coordinate, assign, and monitor staff duties to maintain operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and performance.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor stock levels, minimize wastage, and report inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure adherence to restaurant policies, service standards, and operational procedures.
- Prepare shift reports and escalate operational issues to management.
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc. Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a supervisory role within a busy restaurant, hotel, or QSR environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Good understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, and customer service standards.
- Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and reporting skills.
- Must be customer-focused, professional, and results-driven.
Salary
N110,000 monthly.
