ELV Technician

Eko Maintenance Limited

Victoria Island, Lagos

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily maintenance on electrical / Extra low voltage systems, including CCTV Camera, Smoke detectors, public address systems, and access control.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair faults in fire alarm systems across various brands and models, ensuring optimal system performance and minimal downtime.
  • Prepare accurate inspection, maintenance, and service reports, documenting system conditions, findings, corrective actions, and compliance status.
  • Respond promptly to emergency service requests and system failures, providing timely resolutions to restore fire protection functionality.

Work Experience / Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess at least an HND / OND qualification in Electrical Electronics Engineering or Trade test.
  • 3 - 5 years’ experience as an ELV maintenance technician in the facility management sector is preferred.
  • Proficient in working with various fire alarm panel brands like SIMPLEX, CHEMITRON, KIDDIE, and FM200 Systems.
