Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain company IT systems, hardware, software, and networks.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot IT-related issues.
- Install and maintain computers, printers, routers, switches, and other IT equipment.
- Manage user accounts, emails, access permissions, and data backups.
- Monitor internet connectivity, system performance, and IT security.
- Maintain IT asset records and software licenses.
- Implement IT policies, security measures, and best practices.
- Liaise with external IT vendors and support digital operations.
Requirements
- B.Sc. / HND in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 2–4 years’ experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Experience in a factory, manufacturing, or industrial environment is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365 and Windows.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, data backup, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- IT certifications such as CompTIA, CCNA, or ITIL are an advantage.
