Job title : Pre-commissioning Manager

Job Summary

The personnel must meet the basic requirement of OPERCOM & ICAPS experience to fit the role.

• Develop processes and procedures for the pre-commissioning and commissioning of EPIC projects.
• Support tender submissions by providing key input to the Bids Department.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to subordinates.
• Oversee project completion activities from inception through handover to the client.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership

• Provide positive and professional leadership to subordinates.
• Contribute to the Goal Zero HSE drive.
• Provide clear and concise information to internal and external stakeholders.

Core / Technical

• Develop project pre-commissioning and commissioning plans.
• Review project technical documentation for completeness.
• Assign and delegate responsibilities to discipline commissioning engineers for task execution.
• Develop and/or review discipline pre-commissioning and commissioning deliverables toward execution of the project plans.
• Develop and/or review scopes of work, execution plans, and schedules for third-party pre-commissioning works.
• Develop technical bid evaluation scorecards for pre-commissioning and commissioning work vendors.
• Set and implement compliance with Quality System Documentation requirements.

Requirements

• B.Eng. in any Engineering discipline.
• Registered member of a recognized Engineering body, such as NSE, COREN, or equivalent .
• Minimum 15 years of experience across various EPIC Oil & Gas projects .
• Experience must cover both Pipeline and Facility projects .
• OPERCOM & ICAPS experience is mandatory.
