Marketing Associate

Job Summary

• Are you passionate about marketing, brand growth, and customer engagement? We are looking for a smart, creative, and result-driven Marketing Associate to support the execution of impactful marketing campaigns, digital growth strategies, and engaging brand experiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns for product launches, collections, partnerships, events, and seasonal promotions.
• Coordinate campaign timelines, rollout plans, creative briefs, and marketing materials.
• Ensure brand messaging, tone, and visuals remain consistent across all platforms and campaign activities.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance, track ROAS, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Conduct keyword research and support SEO optimization activities including meta tags, product descriptions, and website visibility improvements.
• Support influencer marketing initiatives, UGC partnerships, and campaign collaborations.
• Track influencer campaign performance, engagement levels, and content delivery timelines.
• Contribute to social media content planning, scheduling, and community engagement activities.
• Build and manage email marketing campaigns for promotions, product launches, storytelling, and customer engagement.
• Support CRM activities including customer segmentation, automation flows, onboarding sequences, and retention initiatives.
• Monitor email marketing performance including open rates, click-through rates, subscriber growth, and conversions.
• Support marketing activities for pop-ups, events, collaborations, and retail experiences.
• Coordinate pre-event promotions, email invites, in-store branding, and post-event content.
• Compile weekly and monthly marketing reports covering social media, email marketing, paid ads, and website performance.
• Analyze marketing data, campaign performance, audience growth, and conversion trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring to support strategic decision-making and brand growth.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail, creativity, problem-solving ability, and adaptability in executing tasks.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams while effectively managing multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Maintain proper documentation, reporting processes, and organized marketing records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, HND, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years work experience.
• At least 3 years experience in a marketing-related role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, paid advertising, SEO, and email marketing strategies.
• Experience using social media management and email marketing tools is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret marketing data and generate performance-driven insights.
• Excellent time management and project coordination skills.
• Creative thinking and ability to contribute innovative marketing ideas.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative work environment.
