Direct Sales Agent (DSA)

Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers through field sales, referrals, direct prospecting, and other approved channels.
- Promote the Bank’s products and services, including loans, savings, accounts, digital banking solutions, and other financial products.
- Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into active customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Explain product features, eligibility requirements, repayment terms, and other relevant information to customers.
- Support customers through account opening, onboarding, documentation, and loan application processes.
- Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities within assigned locations.
- Achieve assigned customer acquisition, loan disbursement, deposit mobilization, and revenue targets.
- Follow up on leads and maintain an active pipeline of prospective customers.
- Work closely with the Credit, Risk, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, applications, sales activities, and follow-ups.
- Ensure compliance with the KYC requirements, procedures, and applicable regulations.
- Prepare and submit regular sales and activity reports to the line manager
Requirements
- Candidate must have a basic knowledge of public sector lending
- Develop strong customer relationships through excellent communication skills.
- Achieve set sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
