- Run preventive maintenance on refrigeration and HVAC assets across all outlets
- Diagnose and fix faults on cold rooms, display chillers, freezers, AC units, and ice cream machines
- Handle refrigerant safely storage, handling, and disposal per regulation
- Keep accurate maintenance and fault records
- Flag parts/replacement needs to the Facilities Manager
- Work with vendors on specialist repairs
What you need
- OND/HND in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration & AC Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems (food service, hospitality, or multi-site retail environment preferred)
- Valid refrigerant handling certification
- Comfortable working in cold rooms, at heights, and with tools/equipment
- Able to travel regularly across outlets (15+, scaling to 20+)
