Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of the security and investigations industry. Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of security personnel. Oversee employee relations, addressing grievances and fostering a positive and professional work environment. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws and industry-specific regulations related to security personnel. Design and manage performance appraisal systems that drive high performance and employee development. Coordinate training and professional development programs to enhance skills and compliance within the workforce. Administer compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain qualified security professionals. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or HR certification is preferred. Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, ideally within the security and investigations industry. In-depth knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes relevant to security personnel. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that meet organizational goals. Experience with HR software and proficiency in MS Office applications.
