Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced Rig Supervisor III to oversee safe drilling and completion operations at rig sites and ensure compliance with approved well programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise rig operations and ensure adherence to drilling programs
- Enforce HSE standards and conduct operational safety drills
- Coordinate logistics for drilling equipment and services
- Monitor well control and operational safety systems
- Support real-time decision-making during rig operations
- Ensure accurate operational reporting and documentation
- Interface with engineering and geology teams
Requirements
- Experience in rig supervisory or leadership roles
- Background with operator or drilling contractor
- Well control certification required
- Strong knowledge of drilling and completion operations
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
