The Opportunity

Help customers discover OBIDA's original African prints, handcrafted in Nigeria. You’ll sell and style pieces in the store, bring the same care to online conversations, and make sure orders move smoothly to fulfilment. Reporting to the Head of Growth, you’ll have a direct hand in growing sales and giving customers a reason to return.

Your Mission

• Welcome store customers, offer styling guidance, and close sales confidently.
• Answer WhatsApp, Instagram, and website enquiries within one hour during working hours.
• Record sales and digital orders accurately, then hand paid orders to Operations.
• Log and follow up on open enquiries, holds, and customer orders.
• Keep displays, pricing, and stock presentation ready for customers, including weekends.
• Handle customer concerns calmly and escalate quality or fulfilment issues.

The Purpose of This Role

Convert store visits and digital enquiries into sales while ensuring customers receive attentive service and orders reach fulfilment accurately.

What Success Looks Like

By day 30, answer working-hour digital enquiries within one hour. By day 60, accurately hand over paid orders and follow up on logged holds and enquiries. By day 90, meet the store sales target set after baseline review.
