Field Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned neighborhoods, businesses, or designated territories to identify and engage prospective customers.
- Present products and services in a clear, persuasive, and professional manner.
- Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Record customer information, sales activities, and feedback accurately.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with prospects as required to close sales opportunities.
- Distribute promotional materials and explain current offers or campaigns.
- Report market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to management.
- Represent the company professionally and uphold its brand standards at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: SSCE, OND
- 0-1 year of sales experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
Salary
N70,000 per month + Incentive/Commission.
