Job Summary: The HubSpot CRM and Marketing Analyst will play a crucial role in managing our HubSpot CRM platform and analyzing marketing data to optimize our campaigns and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: HubSpot CRM Management: Maintain and optimize the HubSpot CRM, ensuring data integrity, proper segmentation, and effective usage across the organization. Data Analysis: Analyze marketing and sales data from HubSpot to provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance and customer engagement. Campaign Performance: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and digital advertising, using HubSpot’s analytics tools. Reporting: Develop and deliver regular reports and dashboards on key marketing metrics, campaign performance, and ROI to senior management and relevant stakeholders. Workflow Automation: Design and implement automated workflows in HubSpot to streamline marketing processes and enhance lead nurturing and customer retention. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align HubSpot CRM usage with business goals and improve overall efficiency. Lead Generation: Support lead generation efforts by optimizing landing pages, forms, and CTAs within HubSpot to capture and nurture leads effectively. Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on HubSpot CRM best practices and new features to ensure optimal usage across the organization. Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in our marketing strategies. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
