As we expand, we are seeking a creative, fast-paced, and versatile​e Communication & Media Officer to power the visual storytelling of our mission Key Responsibilities: Media Analysis & Strategy Development: Compile and analyse media reports, track social media mentions, and monitor digital brand reputation. Create engaging content, identify social media trends, and provide actionable recommendations to improve communication strategies. Interpret media data to support communication initiatives and optimize media outreach. Corporate Communications: Evaluate the effectiveness of internal and external communications and generate reports on communication impact. ​Align messaging with organizational goals and monitor corporate reputation. Conduct communication audits and ensure consistency across corporate messaging and communication materials. Media Intelligence: Perform in-depth analysis of media trends, coverage, and sentiment to assess the impact on the organization's image. Provide strategic insights through comprehensive media reports and identify emerging communication trends. Content Strategy Development: Develop and execute content strategies that align with organizational objectives. Evaluate existing communication materials and optimize them to meet audience needs. Define performance metrics and ensure content resonates with target audiences. Reporting & Presentation: Prepare clear, insightful reports and presentations summarizing key media analysis findings, trends, risks, and opportunities. Present actionable insights to guide organizational communication strategies. Stakeholder Communication: Manage communication efforts with key stakeholders, ensuring tailored and effective messaging. Collaborate with departments to share analytical insights and support communication planning. Assist in meeting executive communication needs and contribute to responsive communication strategies. Ad Hoc Assignments: Undertake additional duties as assigned by the HR Manager to contribute to the overall mission and strategic goals of W2A. Job Rotation (First Month): During the first month, rotate through different departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of their operations.
