Sales Manager - Passenger Vehicles
a Leading Automobile and Heavy Construction Equipment Company - Joes and Eves Limited
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the passenger vehicle sales team.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Drive showroom, corporate, fleet, and retail sales.
- Develop relationships with key customers and corporate accounts.
- Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Coach and motivate sales executives.
- Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports.
- Support vehicle launches, promotions, and customer events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related field.
- Professional sales/marketing certification is an advantage.
Key Experience Required:
- 5–8 years' proven experience in passenger vehicle sales.
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience managing a sales team within the automotive industry. (Compulsory)
- Experience with Chinese automobile brands is an advantage.
- Proven experience handling corporate, retail, and key-account customers.
- Strong knowledge of the Nigerian automobile market.
