Tech & Web (Graduate Intern) - Remote
The Lean Plug
Duration: 3–6 months, renewable by mutual agreement As Tech & Web intern at The Lean Plug, you will handle technical and digital build work across our businesses. This includes building websites from provided wireframes and briefs, uploading and formatting content on our LMS platform, configuring platform setups, and conducting research into tools and competitors. You work from detailed briefs and are not expected to make design or brand decisions, those are provided. Your job is precise, reliable technical execution. What you will do
- Build and maintain websites using code and no-code tools from provided wireframes and briefs
- Upload and format content on the LMS platform from provided outlines and scripts
- Structure and organise LMS course modules
- Research free tools and platforms to optimise workflow and report findings
- Conduct competitor research and produce structured best practices reports
- Configure payment platform setups (Paystack, Selar); technical setup only, no financial access
- Set up the central workspace once architecture is designed by the operations manager
- Recent graduate or final-year student in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or a self-taught builder with a demonstrable portfolio
- Experience with code website builder, and at least one no-code website builder (Webflow, Framer, Wix, or WordPress)
- Ability to follow a design brief precisely and deliver to spec
- Comfortable learning new tools quickly and documenting what you learn
- Reliable internet connection
- Genuine availability to commit 10–15 hours per week
- Hands-on experience in a fast-growing Nigerian remote career brand
- Portfolio-ready work samples across real businesses
- Reference letter and certificate of contribution after 3 months
- Access to The Lean Plug training materials
- First consideration for paid roles as the business grows
