- Coordinate manpower requisition and recruitment activities
- Address employee's grievance and workplace concerns
- Monitor Implementation of the performance appraisal system
- Identify training needs across department
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations and company policies
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
- Laise with trade union and employee representatives when applicable
Qualification/Experience
- Minimum of B.Sc/HND in any social science discipline or related field-Membership of a professional body (CIPM) is an added advantage
- Minimum of 5 years work experience on a supervisory capacity in Human Resources department
- Must have strong communication skill and must be computer literate.
