Mill Supervisor / Controller

Job Summary
- The Sugar Mill Controller will oversee and regulate sugar milling operations, ensuring production efficiency, product quality, and compliance with industry standards.
- This role requires technical expertise, strong leadership, and a commitment to maintaining smooth plant operations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Operating and maintaining equipment: responsible for running the cane mill, shredder, and other equipment efficiently.
- Monitoring performance: keeping an eye on equipment performance, identifying issues, and taking corrective action.
- Troubleshooting: identifying and resolving problems.
- Maintenance and repairs: performing routing maintenance, repairs, and overhauls to minimize downtime.
- Uphold safety and hygiene standards in all operations.
Educational Qualification and Work Experience
- Shall hold the minimum of OND.
- Any relevant Certification.
- Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience.
