We are seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Lead with strong analytical skills, ability to complete a management report and a solid foundation in financial modelling, budgeting, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate will support strategic decision-making by delivering insights into financial performance, forecasting, and planning. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results and variances.
- Prepare financial models, scenario analyses, and dashboards to support business strategy.
- Partner with department heads to understand financial impacts of operational decisions.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve business performance and cost efficiency.
- Support management in strategic planning, investment decisions, and board presentations.
- Ensure accuracy of financial data and compliance with internal controls.
