Field Sales Representative

Summary

  • We are seeking motivated and result-driven individuals to join their team as Field Sales Representatives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Identify and develop new customer relationships.
  • Visit existing and prospective customers regularly.
  • Promote and create awareness for the company’s products.
  • Take orders and follow up on customer needs.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Prepare regular sales/activity reports.
  • Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other customers.

Requirements

  • Minimum of an SSCE / OND; additional qualifications are an advantage.
  • Previous experience in FMCG sales, field sales, retail, or distribution is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven, energetic, and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work independently and cover assigned territories.
  • Must be resident in or familiar with the assigned location.

Salary
N100,000 monthly including commission, with earning potential based on sales performance.
