Corporate Services Manager

Our Client

Our client, an energy/energy infrastructure company, seeks to employ a Corporate Services Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison between the company and the board of directors.
• Ensure timely preparation and distribution of board materials, including reports, presentations, and meeting agendas.
• Support board meetings, including scheduling, documentation, and follow-up on action items.
• Maintain records of board resolutions and governance documents.
• Develop and implement corporate communication strategies to enhance the company’s reputation and brand positioning.
• Ensure consistency in messaging across all corporate communication channels.
• Manage external communications, including press releases, media relations, and stakeholder engagements.
• Oversee crisis communication planning and execution.
• Drive effective internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged.
• Oversee the development of newsletters, intranet content, and internal announcements.
• Ensure alignment between corporate messaging and internal engagement initiatives.
• Facilitate communication between management and employees to reinforce company values and culture.
• Plan and coordinate corporate events, conferences, and stakeholder engagements.
• Ensure seamless execution of internal and external events, from conceptualization to post-event analysis.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to enhance event branding, logistics, and overall experience.
• Manage vendor relationships and event budgets to optimize costs and quality.
• Oversee corporate travel arrangements to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and enforce travel policies in line with organizational objectives.
• Negotiate with travel service providers to secure the best rates and service quality.
• Ensure seamless travel logistics for employees and executives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in corporate services, corporate communications, or a related leadership role.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing corporate events, board relations, and internal communications.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
