Requirements
- A good Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognized University (Minimum of Second Class Lower Division) plus at least six years post-qualification cognate experience, or a Master's Degree in relevant field with at least three years.
- A pass in the final examination of the Royal Institute Chartered Surveyors
- A pass in the final examination of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors.
