Online Branding Team Lead

Job Summary
- We are looking for a highly creative, strategic, and results-driven Online Branding Team Lead to lead our Social Media Team and drive strong digital brand visibility, engagement, and growth.
- The ideal candidate must have proven experience managing social media for established brands, leading high-performing teams, and executing campaigns that deliver measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Social Media Team to deliver engaging and high-quality content
- Develop and execute social media and online branding strategies aligned with business goals
- Drive audience growth, engagement, and brand visibility across digital platforms
- Maintain consistent brand voice, messaging, and online presence
- Oversee content calendars, paid campaigns, influencer collaborations, and community management
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimization
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital opportunities
- Collaborate with Marketing, Design, and Content teams to ensure cohesive branding
Requirements
- HND/BSc in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years proven experience managing social media for established brand
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Proven track record of growing online engagement and brand visibility
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools
- Strong understanding of content strategy, paid advertising, SEO, and digital trends
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to interpret analytics and make data-driven decisions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in betting, sports, tech, or fast-paced digital industries
- Knowledge of performance marketing and conversion optimization
- Experience handling online brand reputation and crisis communication.
