Requirements
- Relevant hospitality or event-service training.
- Knowledge of event setup and service procedures.
- Strong organisational, communication and teamwork skills.
- Banquet or event experience required depending on the role.
- Proven banquet operations, event coordination and team-management experience required for the Banquet Manager role.
- Proven experience in a five-star hotel environment.
- Experience within a reputable international hotel group or recognised international hotel brand is preferred.
