HR Intern (NYSC Corps Member)

Job Summary

• We are looking for a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented NYSC Corps Member who has recently completed the NYSC orientation camp and is ready to commence their Place of Primary Assignment (PPA).
• The successful candidate will support the HR team in the day-to-day management of human resources activities, including recruitment, employee records management, onboarding, and general HR administration.

Job Description

• Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job adverts, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees and ensure relevant documentation is completed.
• Assist with maintaining and updating employee records and personnel files.
• Support the preparation of HR documents, letters, memos, and reports.
• Assist with attendance monitoring and the maintenance of staff records.
• Assist with responding to employee enquiries and providing general HR administrative support.
• Help organise and maintain HR documentation, both electronic and physical.
• Assist with other HR-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must have recently completed the NYSC orientation camp and be ready to commence their PPA.
• NYSC Call up letter
• Must be a current NYSC Corps Member residing on the island
• Good Communication Skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
