Digital Commerce & Growth Manager (Hybrid)

Job Summary
- FMR Agency is recruiting on behalf of our client, a growing premium home and lifestyle brand, for a commercially minded and results-driven Digital Commerce & Growth Manager.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the brand’s digital presence, e-commerce growth, customer acquisition, and online sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the brand’s social media platforms and develop engaging content strategies.
- Manage the e-commerce website, including product listings, merchandising, promotions, launches, and conversion optimization.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
- Set up and manage relevant online marketplace accounts.
- Monitor website traffic, sales, conversion rates, advertising performance, and customer acquisition.
- Develop and execute digital launch campaigns and growth strategies.
- Coordinate with creatives, photographers, videographers, and designers to maintain a consistent premium brand identity.
- Prepare regular digital performance reports and provide actionable insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
- 4–6 years’ experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or growth marketing.
- Proven experience growing consumer-facing or e-commerce brands.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, and paid advertising.
- Experience with marketplace management, CRM/email marketing, and conversion optimization.
- Strong understanding of online sales, customer acquisition, and digital analytics.
- Strong commercial, analytical, creative, and communication skills.
- Must be able to demonstrate measurable results from previous e-commerce or digital growth campaigns.
Salary
N650,000 monthly
