Accountant description job OND/HND
- Checking all what other colleagues does to ensure accuracy and timely reporting
- Monthly bank reconciliations and reports of sales monthly.
- Visiting branches once every 2 weeks to check their invoice and receipt for proper vetting.
- Taking stock in association with others
- Costing of items and regular review of prices at intervals.
- Daily checking of sales and receipt from head office and reconciling same.
- Handles all refunds both Branches and Head office.
- Tracking every payment made from Company bank accounts.
- Reconciliation of branches ledgers to correspond with payments received.
- Checking daily expenses from petty cash and reconciling same.
