Accountant/ Financial Controller

We are looking to employ an Accountant who will be responsible for managing the organization's financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. This role oversees day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, budgeting, tax preparation, bank reconciliations, and financial analysis to support informed business decisions. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll transactions.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and tax filings.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and company policies.
• Assist with audits and provide financial analysis and recommendations.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a high level of accuracy and integrity.
