Business Development Officer

About the Role

• We are seeking a driven Business Development Officer to grow our client base and strategic partnerships for a healthcare facility in Anthony, Lagos.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and secure new clients, corporate organizations, HMOs, and referral partners
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, healthcare providers, and partners
• Meet and exceed monthly revenue and client acquisition targets
• Pitch healthcare services and packages to corporate bodies, schools, churches, and other organizations
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on business development activities, pipeline, and performance
• Work closely with the clinical, marketing, and operations teams to ensure service delivery matches client expectations

Requirements

• BSc / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Health Sciences, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Business Development Officer in the healthcare industry
• Proven sales track record, excellent negotiation and presentation skills, strong networking ability
• Familiarity with HMO processes, corporate healthcare sales, and the Lagos healthcare market is an advantage
• Self-motivated, target-driven, excellent communication, and professional demeanor

Salary
N250,000 per month + Commission.
