Spare Parts Sales Executive - Maiduguri

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Spare Parts & Lubricants Sales Executive to drive sales and market penetration across automotive spare parts, lubricants, filters, batteries, service parts, and other aftermarket products.
- The successful candidates will develop new business, manage existing accounts, develop dealers and distributors, and build relationships across the automotive aftermarket.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
- Identify and acquire dealers, distributors, workshops, fleet operators and retailers.
- Conduct regular customer visits and generate new sales opportunities.
- Sell automotive spare parts, lubricants, filters, batteries and related aftermarket products.
- Develop relationships with spare-parts dealers, workshops, mechanics and fleet operators.
- Support customers in identifying appropriate spare parts based on vehicle application.
- Develop lubricant sales across workshops, service stations, dealers and fleet operators.
- Monitor dealer performance, stock levels and market coverage.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Monitor competitor pricing, products and market activities.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular sales reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree / HND or relevant qualification with 2 – 5 years' experience in automotive spare parts, lubricants, aftermarket products or automotive sales.
- Existing experience dealing with spare-parts dealers, workshops, distributors, fleet operators or retailers is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of the automotive aftermarket.
- Good negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Experience in territory management or channel development is an advantage.
Salary
N250,000 - N600,000 monthly (based on experience).
