Associate Consultant

Our client an emerging management consulting firm based in Lagos Mainland specializing in providing customized performance solutions to both private and public sector organisations, is seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join their team as an Associate Consultant to expand their client base Job Responsibilities

• Able to identify and reach out to potential clients interested in consulting services.
• Assist in conducting research, gathering, and analyzing data, and developing recommendations for client projects.
• Prepare reports, proposals, training presentations and other project deliverables
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project deliverables are completed accurately and within the defined timelines.
• Computer savvy and versatile in Internet research, data gathering, analysis and presentation
• Have a basic understanding of email marketing and running social media marketing campaigns.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with offered services.
• Assist in delivering consulting services, such as talent acquisition, performance management, and corporate training
• Collaborate with the colleagues to develop and implement customized performance solutions for clients.
