Business Development Executive

Job Title: Business Development Executive Location: Surulere, Lagos Industry: Consulting Responsibilities:

• Perform duties in alignment with the company’s Mission, Values, Mission;
• Close sales through a consultative sales process;
• Prospect and qualify potential clients, leads and referrals, identifying decision makers and delivering the City-Wide value proposition;
• Utilize and manage customer relationship management system (CRM) to maintain all client and lead information;
• Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments, identifying customer’s needs to provide a solution and making initial presentations;
• Signing on New accounts to build your base;
• Strategic development to increase member base generation;
• Participation in ongoing sales training and coaching camps every week;
• Develop, present and sell new business proposals to appropriate prospects;
• Identify new leads and gather the necessary information for submissions;
• Facilitate communication with an assigned account manager and constant communication to ensure client satisfaction.

• BSc/ HND in any relevant field
• Minimum 3-4 years of B2B sales experience and B2B combined inside and outside sales experience
• Proven track record of closing short to mid-cycle B2B sales
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with basic CRM platforms
• Strong work ethic, out-going personality and competitive nature
• Demonstrated analytical, negotiating, problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate one-on-one meetings or presentations
• Ability to navigate basics of Office Suite (word/outlook/excel)
• Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
• Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
