Responsibilities: Develop and implement a full-scale marketing strategy aligned with the company’s revenue and brand objectives. Establish the marketing department structure, including hiring and managing a team (digital marketers, content creators, social media managers, etc.). Define KPIs, budgets, and performance metrics to track marketing effectiveness. Drive lead generation and conversion strategies to meet the 1 billion Naira annual sales target. Develop high-ticket client acquisition strategies (luxury residential, corporate, hospitality, and real estate developers). Implement CRM strategies to nurture leads and maximize customer lifetime value. Build and maintain a strong luxury brand identity for the firm. Oversee content marketing, including blogs, case studies, and portfolio showcases. Manage PR efforts, partnerships, and influencer collaborations to enhance brand credibility. Ensure consistent branding across all channels (website, social media, print, events). Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising. Plan and execute high-impact offline campaigns (exhibitions, trade shows, networking events). Leverage visual storytelling (video marketing, 3D renderings, virtual tours) to attract clients. Optimize the company website for lead capture and conversion. Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring maximum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred). 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role (preferably in interior design, luxury real estate, architecture, or high-end retail). Proven track record of setting up a marketing department from scratch. Demonstrated success in driving sales growth (experience with high-value B2B/B2C clients is a plus). Strong expertise in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media ads), CRM tools, and analytics. Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
