Job Summary
- Our client is seeking a creative, results - driven, and highly skilled Social Media Manager to lead the company's digital presence and brand positioning across all social media platforms.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative social media strategies, creating compelling content, growing online communities, increasing brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and driving profitable sales through digital channels, particularly Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Brand Positioning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's marketing and sales objectives.
- Position Eliana Oni Enterprise as a leading and trusted brand within its industry.
- Build and maintain a consistent brand voice, identity, and messaging across all digital platforms.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media opportunities.
Content Creation & Management:
- Create engaging, high - quality, and conversion - focused content, including graphics, videos, reels, stories, carousels, blogs, and promotional campaigns.
- Develop and manage a monthly content calendar.
- Coordinate product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal marketing initiatives.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and business goals.
Community Engagement & Audience Growth:
- Manage daily interactions across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Business Profile, and other relevant platforms.
- Respond promptly to inquiries, comments, reviews, and customer feedback.
- Build and nurture a loyal online community through consistent engagement.
- Collaborate with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors to increase visibility and reach.
Digital Marketing & Sales Growth:
- Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to generate leads and increase sales.
- Develop strategies that convert followers into paying customers.
- Optimize content and campaigns to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Support customer acquisition and retention initiatives through digital channels.
Analytics & Performance Monitoring:
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, including engagement, reach, follower growth, website traffic, leads, and sales conversions.
- Use insights and analytics to refine strategies and improve campaign performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management.
Google & Online Presence Management:
- Manage and optimize the company's Google Business Profile.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews.
- Support search visibility initiatives through content optimization and local digital marketing efforts.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess relevant qualification with 1 - 2 years experience.
Salary
N150,000 / month.
