Brand / Content Manager

Job Description
- Develop and implement strategies to strengthen the company's brand presence.
- Create and manage content for social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.
- Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with business goals.
- Monitor social media platforms, track engagement, and grow the company's online community.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Optimize marketing activities to improve conversions and return on investment (ROI).
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity, across all platforms
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in brand strategy, content marketing, digital marketing, or growth marketing
- Experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Experience with content planning, campaign management, and marketing analytics.
- Excellent communication, creativity, analytical thinking, and project management skills to supports business growth.
