- Ensure all preventive and schedule maintenance, troubleshooting, utility operations smoothly for 100% availability of all machines.
- Ensure monitoring on logbooks, checklists, ISO documentations and SAP.
- Evaluation of machine failure and root cause analysis
- Establish rhythm for departmental reporting and discipline.
- Ensure allotted jobs to be finished within time bound with safety precautions.
- Job allotment for team and collaboration with team
- Cost saving and technical suggestion for improvement of machine performance.
- Energy efficient operation and maintenance of equipment efficiency.
Qualifications/requirements
- Candidates should possess Bachelor’s degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in Mechanical maintenance in a Manufacturing/Process industry with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
- Working knowledge of SAP.
- Sound experience in mechanical rotary and static equipment.
- Good operational experience in utility and ETP plants.
