Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities
- Execute preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and utilities.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults to minimise downtime.
- Maintain milling, grinding, sieving, conveying, mixing and packaging equipment.
- Support PLC, HMI, VFD, motor, control panel and automation maintenance.
- Participate in machine fabrication, modification, installation and commissioning.
- Conduct root cause analysis and improve equipment reliability.
- Maintain maintenance records, spare-parts requirements and safety compliance.
Requirements
- B.Sc./B.Eng./HND in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Mechatronics or a related engineering discipline.
- 5–8 years’ relevant industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience.
- Experience in FMCG, food processing, milling, sugar, salt or flour manufacturing is strongly preferred.
- Practical knowledge of mechanical repairs, electrical systems and industrial automation.
- Experience with locally fabricated machinery is an advantage.
